Anyone wishing to request their original Special Education Records before they are destroyed, in whole or in part, should submit a written request to Blackstone-Millville Regional School District, Department of Learner Support Services, 122 Berthelette Way Millville, MA 01529 or via email to jhernandez@bmrsd.net. by June 27, 2025. Receipt of your request will be confirmed. If you do not receive confirmation of your request by July 11, 2025, please contact Jenn Hernandez at 508-876-0142, as records will be destroyed and unavailable after July 25, 2025.
